In the world of fitness, there is a large majority of people that are fundamentally looking to get bigger and stronger and that’s it.  And that is what we are going to address right now…

 

Many would have you believe that growing muscle and strength is very simple, but it’s not easy.  Common authorities just tell you to eat like a horse, and then pick heavy weights up and then put them back down.
